I’m convinced that leadership is much more about who you are than what you do. As such, there is nothing that speaks more to the quality of your character and leadership than the amount of trust people place in you.

Leading with trust is when people respect you because they feel you care about them. You can rely on them and they can rely on you.

Hi Randy, sorry i missed the discution on monday, but since I love the subject and trully believe Its important to keep it alive, I Just want to say that I believe that is the level of trust in ourselves and in the help of God, what determines the level of risk we take in life and the dimension of the leadership rol we embrace. Now, People trust depends on many different things, we are very unique, but there is one thing, i believe its the main inner desire in all of us, when we trust one another, We want to see more of and expect high level of Integrity in the people we trust. Sometimes that is the basic difference between a situational leader and a good leader. Everyday choices are important. Thank you for bringing up such an important subject Randy!

If someone trust you (in any relation personal or professional) they value you and they feel that being in partnership with you is worth it and therefore that partnership lasts forever.
