Since 2011, I’ve been exploring trust from every conceivable angle—character, accountability, servant leadership, conflict, culture, relationships, psychological safety, performance, and change, just to name a few.
While on this journey I’ve published three books, co-authored a corporate training program on Building Trust, consulted with dozens of organizations, trained thousands of leaders, delivered countless keynotes/speeches/talks to groups ranging from thousands of people to just a handful, and appeared on more podcasts than you can shake a stick at.
Through all that, one thing has remained constant—trust is the foundation and lifeblood of every healthy and successful relationship, team, and organization.
